據第一集:告別博士生涯之回顧 的分享。第二集(中)想要分享 的學習成長,因為要分享的好多,不知從何講起,同時又覺得每個人個體差異大,我的經驗可能就只限於我個人。經過了幾番考慮,覺得不妨把歷程整理整理,給自己做紀錄,同時也能和有共鳴的人分享。

This post is the second part of the series: Reflection on my PhD life, which focuses on sharing my journey in the growth of mind and body. I had been debating whether to write this at all as I know that every individual is different and my experience might just be applicable to me. Anyways, I decided to write this up as my own record, and share with those who resonate with.

Why I Tri + Race Thoughts: 2017 YWCA Women's Tri




Oh! I felt so very accomplished after my first triathlon - a sprint distance YWCA Women's Tri at Lake Nokomis on Aug 13th 2017. I'd like to write down my race thoughts and share with you how it all began.

Race thought: Red, White & Boom! 5 K 2017 with Twin Cities In Motion

I signed up this Red, White & Boom! 5 K race right before my first trained 5 K race at Hot Chocolate Run Minneapolis for the purpose of training my run part for my sprint triathlon race in August. Here are my race thoughts!

今年初我們一家六口,加上姊姊家兩個小寶寶和姐夫一共9人一起拍了全家福。多虧熱情,細心,又很會抓moment的攝影師柯如~我們全家在2016年初留下了美好的共同回憶。

My swim journey in 2016!!

I finished my last swim training in 2016 today! It was a solid workout and I didn't disappoint myself even though I was swimming in my less favorite swimming pool, and had to share a lane with another swimmer during my timed training. 🙌🙌🙌

Madeleine recipe! (No BAKING POWDER)

Madeleine is one of our favorite desserts! The cake-like texture of madeleines with the heavenly comforting smell of butter + egg + sugar would very easily make your DAY!
